Monday Ladies Bible Study
We are a group of ladies who love to study God's word. We meet every Monday in term time from 1.45 - 4pm at The Moors, Chackmore.
Our time together includes an opportunity to reflect on needs for prayer and reasons to give thanks to God before a time of prayer. After this we study a passage from the Bible using a study guide to help us understand what God is saying to us through his word.You will be assured of a warm welcome when you join us. Young Mums group
A group for 'young-at-heart' Mums every 2nd, 4th and 5th Monday evening in term time from 7pm - 9pm (come for all or part, Bible Study starts at 8pm) at The Moors Chackmore.
Every week we study a Bible passage and see how it relates to our lives as parents and there is also plenty of opportunity to discuss parenting issues from a Christian perspective.

Delta Bible Study Group
Delta meet every other Thursday at 4, Bostock Court in Buckingham. We seek to feed on God's Word by studying various books of the Bible and thus should be transformed, increasingly, into maturity in Christ. With the Holy Spirit's help we try to discover what the passage in its context is saying and how this applies to our lives. We're friendly & not too solemn! There is, in our lively discussions, a great sense of warm fellowship, camaraderie, mutual support & sharing of understanding. Each session lasts from 7.45pm to 9.45pm ending with our praying in the lessons learnt and for the needs of the parish & ourselves. Our numbers vary between 5 and 12. There is a rota of about 6 leaders and we tend, regularly, to vary our studies between the Old Testament, Gospels and Letters. All are welcome-indeed, we have one Roman Catholic member who comes to find out more of the teaching in Scripture.
Lantern Bible Study Group
Lantern meets every 1st and 3rd Monday in term time from 7.30pm to about 9.30pm. The venue moves around the homes of the members as does the leadership of each study. We have followed the ‘Cover to Cover’ Bible studies and completed studies on ‘The Fruit of the Spirit – Growing more like Jesus’ and ‘Parables – Communicating God on Earth’. The discussion is always lively and informal and we all come away feeling we have increased our understanding of the Bible and its relevance to living in the world today. The evening ends with a time of prayer.
